1. Shipping Areas

4. Shipping Fees
- West Malaysia: RM8 (Standard), RM15 (Express)
- East Malaysia: RM12 (Standard), RM20 (Express)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over RM200 (West Malaysia only).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship (additional fees may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement/refund.
- Lost Packages: Report after 7 business days from estimated delivery date for investigation.
